Managed IT Services
Running a business shouldn't mean being your own IT department.
Most of the offices we work with don't need a full-time IT person, but they do need someone reliable to handle the network, the email accounts, the new hire setups, the security, and the weird stuff that comes up on a Tuesday morning before a big client meeting.
"A flat monthly rate, a real person who knows your environment, and the response time you can actually run a business on."
That's what a managed IT plan covers. We handle your users, your workstations, your network, your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, your security updates, and the day-to-day coordination with your ISP, software vendors, and whoever else touches your systems.
Most of our managed clients have between five and fifty employees. Restaurants, professional service offices, and small medical practices, mostly. The plan scales with you, so when you hire your tenth or twentieth person nothing breaks and you don't have to scramble to find help.
Pricing depends on what's in your environment. A team of eight on Microsoft 365 with a single office is different from a team of thirty across two locations with on-prem servers and a custom line-of-business app. We'll do a short discovery call, take a look at what you have, and put together a flat monthly proposal so you know exactly what you're paying for. No hourly surprises.
If you're not ready for a full managed plan, we also do project work and on-demand support. A lot of our managed clients started with a single network install or an office move and rolled into ongoing support once they saw how we work.
"Besnik at Novaj Tech is timely, thorough, and easy to work with. He made sure to deeply understand our needs, worked with us to document an easy to understand technical plan, and then executed at a high-quality level within his estimated timeline."
